Ringo Announces 13th All Starr Band Outing
Rob Shannahan(LOS ANGELES) — Thirteen’s the lucky number for Ringo Starr, who announced Wednesday morning that his 13th All Starr Band is hitting the road this June for a limited North American tour.
New members of this incarnation of the former Beatle’s revolving lineup include former Toto guitarist Steve Lukather and veteran keyboardist and singer Gregg Rolie, late of Santana and Journey. Joining them are All Starr alumni Richard Page on bass, Todd Rundgren, saxophonist Mark Rivera and percussionist Gregg Bissonette.
The tour kicks off June 14 in Niagara Falls, Ontario and wraps July 21 in Los Angeles, with more dates expected to be announced soon. More info is available at RingoStarr.com. Here are the dates so far:
