Case decided-People of the State of Indiana vs. Anthony Mashburn
Following four hours of deliberations, District Attorney John Espar along with twelve members of our community decided the case of the People of the State of Indiana vs. Anthony Mashburn. And in doing so, the jury returned four verdicts of guilty against 38 year old Mashburn upon four counts of the offense of Child Molesting — two as Class A felonies and two as Class C felonies. Mashburn will face sentencing on January 11, 2018, for the four counts of Child Molesting, representing the six years of his repeated victimization. He faces up to a maximum sentence of 116 years.
