Valparaiso Police are investigating a robbery that occurred on Friday at approximately 8:30 p.m.at the CVS Pharmacy on Calumet Ave.
Police arrived and learned that a male subject had entered the store and demanded Xanex from the pharmacy. The male then fled the store westbound on foot after obtaining a large quantity of Xanex pills.The male subject was described as a male white, 6’0” tall with a thin build. He was wearing a blue hooded sweat shirt and camouflage tan pants. He had a dark colored mask over his face.Police continue to investigate the robbery and ask anybody with information to contact the Valparaiso Police Department at 462-2135 or text a tip to Tip411 (847-411) and enter “Valpo” as the first word in the message field prior to sending the message.
