The ITR Concession Company (ITRCC) announced that construction and rehabilitation of the Indiana Toll Road mainline travel lanes as part of the 80/90 PUSH Project will be completed on Friday, June 30 and all mainline lanes will be open to traffic around 10 a.m. This construction has been completed months ahead of schedule and will support improved traffic flow over the July 4 holiday period and throughout summer. To celebrate, ITRCC will sponsor the fireworks display which will take place after the 71st Annual La Porte Jaycees 4th of July Parade—the largest in the state of Indiana. The reconstruction program is part of the $200-million 80/90 PUSH Project – the largest investment in the Toll Road since the road opened in 1954. Commencing in April 2016, the project has delivered improvements to more than 73 miles of the Toll Road between Lake Station and Elkhart, Ind.
