(LOS ANGELES) — Sarah Hyland wasn’t happy with the way a CVS Pharmacy in California handled her order for some critical medication, but the company argues that it was partially her fault.

On Monday, the Modern Family star wrote, “Hey @cvspharmacy when you tell a kidney transplant recipient that her medication will be ready before you close and that you will notify her when it’s ready to be picked up. F****** DO IT BEFORE YOU CLOSE. PEOPLE LIKE ME CANT AFFORD TO GO WITHOUT MEDICATION.”

“Also @cvspharmacy maybe put the CORRECT time you close on the internet. Just a suggestion from a long time customer who needs medication for the rest of her life,” she continued in a followup tweet, along with a screenshot of her order.

However, a source tells TMZ that Hyland used a third-party search engine to find the store hours, rather than consulting the pharmacy’s official website

In spite of that, CVS sent an apology to the 27-year-old actress, instructing her to contact them offline to help her with her experience and make sure it doesn’t happen for other patients.

A rep for the company tells the gossip website their California  management team contacted her to resolve the matter.
