Four ramps connecting Cline Avenue and Michigan Street in Gary being paved this week. The ramps connecting eastbound Michigan to southbound Cline; and connecting southbound Cline to eastbound Michigan are closed through Tuesday. The ramps connecting westbound Michigan to southbound Cline; and connecting southbound Cline to westbound Michigan will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday.
