Glow Lights at Barker Mansion

Start a new family Christmas tradition at the Barker Mansion’s Glowing Lights Night! Explore all three floors of the historic Barker Mansion—lit only by the glow of Christmas lights—at your own pace during this special self-guided tour. Refreshments will be served in the mansion’s elegant, 1905 Drawing Room and local musician, Bill Halliar, will be playing Christmas carols on the Barker family’s original pump organ in the mansion’s third-floor Ballroom. This year features twelve Christmas trees, nine of which have been decorated by local nonprofit groups; vote for your favorite tree at the end of the tour and the Friends of the Barker Civic Center will make a donation to the winning non-profit at the end of the month. There are only two more opportunities to catch this tour left this year, December 21^st and 28^th from 4-6 pm. Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for both youth (ages 15 and under) and seniors (ages 65+). Tickets can be purchased online through Eventbrite or at the door.
