The Indiana Securities Division has finalized updates on its revamped web portal for filings and payments, Secretary of State Connie Lawson announced on Wednesday. The Securities Portal initially launched in December 2018. The updated Securities Portal continues the trend of the office working to modernize state government, following the development of the highly acclaimed INBiz portal for businesses, and the streamlined application database for Indiana Notaries Public. In addition to making the site easier to navigate, the Securities Portal updates include the creation of a series of General Information pages which outline all the necessary requirements and filings for a registration. Previously, an applicant had to consult multiple resources to determine next steps. The new information structure provides a much needed one-stop resource for industry professionals, constituents and Division personnel. Starting January 1, 2020, all filings, amendments, supplemental materials and associated payments will only be accepted through the Securities Portal.
